Our story

It all started with something many diaspora families know all too well: sending money to a loved one back home takes too long, costs too much, and is often hard to explain to the person who has to go and collect it. Between fees that change without warning, long queues, and confusing codes, what should be a simple gesture — helping your family — becomes a source of stress.

An app built for the diaspora, by people who understand it

Quickly Money was born from the desire to make that gesture as simple as it should be: an amount, a recipient, an easy-to-share withdrawal code. No banking jargon, no bad surprises: the fees, the exchange rate applied and the amount received are shown before you send.

More than a money transfer

Talking to members of the diaspora, one need kept coming up again and again: beyond simple transfers, many already run rotating savings groups (tontines) with relatives, or pool money together for a family project (a wedding, an emergency, a construction). Quickly Money was built to bring all of that together in one place — sending money, tontines, and group pots — in a simple, multilingual, and secure app.

Our commitment

Every transfer is protected by identity verification (KYC), fees and exchange rates recalculated server-side to avoid any bad surprises, and data encrypted in transit and on our servers. We're growing step by step, corridor by corridor, starting with France and French-speaking Africa, with the ambition of staying as close as possible to our users and their loved ones — wherever they are.

What's next?

Quickly Money is currently in its launch phase, with a first group of users testing the app before it opens to the public. Every piece of feedback we receive helps us improve it before the big launch.
